Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup couscous
  • herbs and vegetables

Instructions
 

  • Begin by bringing two cups of water to a boil in a large pot.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the boiling water, stirring until combined.
  • Pour one cup of couscous into the boiling water, stirring gently as it cooks for about five minutes or until it is soft and fluffy.
  • Once the couscous is cooked, remove from heat and fluff with a fork to separate the grains.
  • Serve hot, garnished with your favorite herbs or vegetables for added flavor. Enjoy!
