Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup vegetable broth or beef
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, mix together the broth, soy sauce, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until it has reduced and thickened slightly.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
  • Once cooled, transfer the mixture to a container and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

You can adjust the seasoning to your liking by adding more or less sugar, soy sauce, or spices.
