Clean and cut cauliflower into smaller florets. Mix cauliflowers in a bowl with a teaspoon of paprika, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a pinch of salt and rub well. Spread on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
In the same bowl prepare the chicken. Cutting into smaller bite-size, add a teaspoon of paprika, a pinch of salt, mix well.
Once cauliflower has roasted, add chicken to the same sheet pan with cauliflower and bake for 10 minutes, turning once in between.
Make Dressing by mixing yogurt, garlic, and sea salt.
Notes
Serve as is with sauce or serve wrapped in a tortilla. Cutting into smaller florets helps to bake faster and keeps this dish's total cooking time under 40 mins.
