Instructions
Start by adding milk to your blender. The following add spinach, banana, frozen berries, and dates.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more milk to thin it out.
Once blended, taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness if needed. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
You can add more honey, milk, or even a few more berries to achieve your desired flavor and consistency.
