Matcha Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients. Add milk to the glass jar. The following add the rest of the ingredients. Using spoon stir vigorously till matcha green tea powder is well blended and there are no clumps.
  • Wait. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours for chia seeds to expand and become pudding-like. Serve cold or warm.
  • Serve. Toppings options: fresh fruit, nuts, granola, unsweetened shredded coconut.

Notes

In this recipe, we used macadamia nut milk. You can use your favorite milk variety, cow, goat, or nut milk. 
If desired, use raw honey as a sweetener instead of maple syrup.
