Matcha Chia Seed Pudding
This tasty and nourishing recipe doesn’t require any cooking. Perfect as nutritious make-ahead breakfast or healthy dessert!
Gather the ingredients. Add milk to the glass jar. The following add the rest of the ingredients. Using spoon stir vigorously till matcha green tea powder is well blended and there are no clumps.
Wait. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours for chia seeds to expand and become pudding-like. Serve cold or warm.
Serve. Toppings options: fresh fruit, nuts, granola, unsweetened shredded coconut.
In this recipe, we used macadamia nut milk. You can use your favorite milk variety, cow, goat, or nut milk.
If desired, use raw honey as a sweetener instead of maple syrup.
