This matcha pudding makes an easy breakfast on the go!
It’s refined sugar-free and sweetened only with maple syrup.
The recipe is very versatile, make it with your favorite milk (coconut, oat, or almond), top with fresh fruits!

Macadamia nut milk. Or you can choose your favorite kind: goat milk, cow milk, nut milk.

How to Make It
1. Gather the ingredients. Combine. Add milk to the glass jar. The following add the rest of the ingredients. Using spoon stir vigorously till matcha green tea powder is well blended and there are no clumps.
2. Wait. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours for chia seeds to expand and become pudding-like. Serve cold or warm. Serve. Toppings options: fresh fruit, nuts, granola, unsweetened shredded coconut.

I like making this recipe as part of my meal prep and placing it overnight in the fridge. For a quicker version, wait at least two hours before consuming for a pudding-like texture.
