Ingredient Notes

  • Matcha.
  • Chia seeds.
  • Macadamia nut milk. Or you can choose your favorite kind: goat milk, cow milk, nut milk.
  • Maple syrup.

How to Make It

1. Gather the ingredients. Combine. Add milk to the glass jar. The following add the rest of the ingredients. Using spoon stir vigorously till matcha green tea powder is well blended and there are no clumps.

2. Wait. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours for chia seeds to expand and become pudding-like. Serve cold or warm. Serve. Toppings options: fresh fruit, nuts, granola, unsweetened shredded coconut.

Recipe Tips

I like making this recipe as part of my meal prep and placing it overnight in the fridge. For a quicker version, wait at least two hours before consuming for a pudding-like texture.

Topping options ideas. Use hemp seeds, shredded coconut, fresh berries, roasted nuts.

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Notes

In this recipe, we used macadamia nut milk. You can use your favorite milk variety, cow, goat, or nut milk. 
If desired, use raw honey as a sweetener instead of maple syrup.
