3. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for 25 minutes till eggs are set and not jiggly.
4. Once baked, let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
Recipe Tips
To make this quiche I used Pecorino Romano cheese. It’s made from sheep’s milk and it was available at our local Costco. It has a big flavor, it’s sharp and salty, making this quiche definitely not boring. Trader Joe’s has also an amazing variety of cheeses. You can easily replace it with your favorite variety. I recommend grating it yourself for the best result.
I used sliced turkey meat. Add a different protein: sausage or ham. Or skip the meat and add more veggies instead.
Dill. I like to use dry herbs and this is what I used here. Feel free to change it to basil or cilantro, if you have fresh herbs it would taste even better.
Feel free to add vegetables such as sliced broccoli, tomato, spinach. A great addition would be with sun-dried tomatoes.
Use a different shape baking dish, such as a well-seasoned cast-iron skillet or pie dish.
Serve with hot sauce if desired.
