Easy Sesame Chicken Noodles

This easy sesame chicken noodles recipe made in 15 minutes with seven simple ingredients. This is a perfect flavorful recipe when you want to use some leftover chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of gluten-free pasta
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1/3 cup of cilantro , chopped
  • 3 cups of chicken meat (cubed)
  • 1/4 cup of toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/3 cup of cashew nuts (crushed)

Directions

  2. In a deep pot filled with water bring water to boil and cook noodles according to the directions on the package.
  3. Shred carrots using a julienne peeler or box grater. Chop cilantro. shredded carrots laying on the white plate
  4. Once pasta is cooked, drain and rinse. drained noodles inside the pot.
  5. In a large serving dish combine pasta, chicken, carrots, sesame oil, salt, mix well.
  6. OPTIONAL. Serve with crushed cashews on top. noodles rolled on the fork
