  • 2 cups of greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe pears 
  • 1/4 cup of pecans
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons of hemp hearts

How to Make It

1. Gather the ingredients.

2. To assemble the parfaits get two small bowls ready. First, add a cup of yogurt to each bowl.

3. Wash and dice the pears. Add on top of the yogurt. Add some crushed nuts. Sprinkle each bowl with a teaspoon of hemp seed, pour a tablespoon of maple syrup over. Enjoy!
