Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 tablespoons of goat cheese , softened at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons of wild blueberry jam
  • 4 large leaves of lettuce

How to make Goat Cheese Sandwich with Wild Blueberry Jam

Step 1. Gather the ingredients. Spread one tablespoon of goat cheese on each slice of bread. Spread half of tablespoon of jam on top of the cheese. Fold two lettuce leaves in between bread slices, press the slices together.
