How to Make It

1. Gather the ingredients. Spread one tablespoon of goat cheese on each slice of bread. Spread half of tablespoon of jam on top of the cheese. Fold two lettuce leaves in between bread slices, press the slices together.

  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 tbsp goat cheese softened at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp wild blueberry jam
  • 4 leaves lettuce large-sized

Instructions
 

  • Gather the ingredients. Spread one tablespoon of goat cheese on each slice of bread. Spread half of tablespoon of jam on top of the cheese. 
  • Fold two lettuce leaves in between bread slices, press the slices together.
