This turmeric mac and cheese is gluten-free and extra flavorful. It has creamy yogurt sauce and is made in one pot with seven ingredients.
The Manchego cheese is made with sheep’s milk and has a softer buttery texture. It could be found at Costco or Trader Joe’s. Or could be substituted with a different type of cheese.
Step 1. Gather the ingredients.
Step 2. Cook pasta according to the directions on the package. Once cooked, rinse and drain.
Step 3. While pasta is draining in the same pot, make the sauce. Melt the butter on low heat, add yogurt, turmeric, mustard, and salt. Whisk till well blended.
Step 4. Add pasta and mix with the sauce.
