How to Make It

1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 425F degrees. Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Cut off the leaves and using a sharp knife separate them into small florets.

2. Spread the cauliflower florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and salt. Roast for 15 minutes.

3. While cauliflower is baking, soak the raisins. In a measuring cup add raisins, pour over hot water to cover, and let them soak for 5 minutes. Drain.

4. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, add the nuts and raisins. Roast for 3 more minutes.

Don’t overcrowd the pan.

Cut cauliflower into evenly bite-size florets.

Once raisins and nuts are added, roast only for 2-3 minutes to slightly toast nuts.
