  • 1 sweet Onion
  • 1 tablespoon of ghee
  • pinch of sea salt

Directions

  1. Preheat the pan, add ghee, fry onions till golden. Once onions are cooked, add drained liver and fry for 5-7 minutes, continually stirring till juices run clear. Let it cool.
