  • 1 sweet Onion
  • 1 tablespoon of ghee
  • pinch of sea salt

How To Make Chicken Liver Pate – Step By Step Photos

Step 1. Gather the ingredients. Preheat the pan, add ghee. Dice onions, add to the pan and fry till golden. Add drained liver and fry for 5-7 minutes, continually stirring till juices run clear. Let it cool.
