These cheesy beef quesadillas make a great easy weeknight dinner. They are crispy, extra flavorful, and made with only seven simple ingredients.
Step 1. Gather the ingredients. Start with tortillas. In a large skillet on medium-low heat, melt the ghee. Warm each side of the tortilla for about a minute. Once finished, fold.
Step 2. Add ground beef, raise temperature to medium-high and fry till cooked and no longer red. Break large chunks with a wooden spoon, stir in ketchup, chili spice, salt. Mix well.
